New Attendance Report

Personnel Training

We've added a new Self-Service Report for more detailed Attendance data called Attendance (All). The original report is now named Attendance (Grouped By Member).

Rather than grouping by member, this new report includes a row for every attendance row for the selected group of members. We've also included some system id fields for folks who are trying to map data for their own analytics.

Remember, if you would like the attendance records for a single member you can go to their profile, and press [View All Attendance]'

Export Qualification Matrix by Group

Personnel Training

This new feature allows a team to export a Qualification Matrix that is limited to a subset of the Group membership instead of all members. The matrix will only show Qualifications that are 'Expected' or 'Preferred' for membership of the group.

To access the Qualification Matrix, click into any Group, and use the spreadsheet export button.

Lost Person Behavior Export Improvements

Incident Reporting

We recently did a Live Stream with Dr Robert Koester from the Lost Person Behavior study. One of the great things about a Live Stream is the ability for the audience to ask us questions. During the session we committed to the following updates to the D4H Lost Person Behavior Module which have now been released to all regions.

  • Lost Person .csv export now respects selected Tags
  • Lost Person .csv export now reports on Incidents only
  • Lost Person .csv export now gives a blank field instead of - deg when no direction of travel is known.

You can watch the live stream back on YouTube:

Force BCC on Internal Emails

Personnel Training

Due to issues with deliverability for large email recipient lists, and to reduce the number of unintended 'Reply-All' replies, we are now forcing all Communications Module > Email messages to be BCC. This will result in much higher deliverability for your messages.

If you wish to send a message with everyone on the TO line, you may use the Outlook Export or Mailto: Export links on the right side of the recipient list.
