New! ⏱️ Bulk Actions on Equipment & Members
🤕 Updating the status of 20 people at the same time? Setting 100 equipment items all with the same value? Deleting 100's of incorrectly added items? Ouch!
💀 Currently, you have have to go into each individual member or equipment item to update multiple items. This is a time consuming task.
🎁 Well here's an end of year treat to improve your efficiency in 2025! You can now save yourself hundreds of clicks by simply selecting multiple members or multiple items of equipment and bulk update them in a single action.
🏁 To try it out, visit either a list of equipment or a list of members and click a checkbox in the first column to select the row. Once you've selected 1 or more, a 'Bulk actions' button will appear.
⏱️ We've been testing this feature internally for a few months along with some of the customers who requested the feature, and we've now saved thousands of clicks. More updates are expected to follow in the future, with bulk update of custom fields, additional properties, and adding this same feature to other lists across the application.
