🙌 Create & Install D4H Extension Packs
Introducing the .p4ck file format!
Our new .p4ck file format (see wh4t we did there!) is a super easy way to bundle up your current D4H Incident Management configurations into an 'Extension Pack' to share with others. Anybody can extend their D4H Operations Center account with your selected bundle of templates, forms, status boards, task boards etc.
Under Incident Management > Admin Area > Settings > Extension Packs, you'll find a new option where you can 'Install' or 'Create' a pack.
Creating your own extension pack
To create a pack, select the forms, status boards, and task boards to include in your bundle. We'll cryptographically sign your .p4ck file with your email address, so others can verify it has come from a legitimate source when they install it.
Installing an extension pack
If somebody sends you a .p4ck file, you can 'Install' it into your D4H. It will let you preview the contents, before installing.
Extension Pack Store
We're currently gathering templates from all D4H customers who are open to sharing their boards with others. If you'd like to share your boards to help others, please create a .p4ck file and email it to help@d4h.com so we can include it. This marketplace of templates is coming soon.
