Rich Text has arrived! 🎨 Add font styles to your reports.
When writing up your Incidents, Exercises, or Events, we have only ever supported plain text. It has never been possible to add any styling to the text in D4H. Font styles such as bold, italic, and colors, etc. give you a way to better present your information, splitting the text up into sections, and emphasising the important parts.
After a lot of requests for this, we're as excited as you all are! Today, we're adding a rich-text editor toolbar to a selection of text areas which will give you the following capabilities:
- Bold
- Italic
- Strikethrough
- Colored Highlighter
- Clear Styles (Reset)
- Quotes
- Bulleted List
- Numbered List
- Horizontal Rule
- And finally, if you type in a link, we'll automatically link it up for you!
For our initial release, this toolbar has been added to a limited set of places, to seek your feedback as to how useful it is, and if there are any other tools/buttons you'd like added to it.
We'd also ask you to post in the feedback comments below, where else you'd like to be able to edit as rich text within our products.
