🗺️ Map Drawings In Blue
Previously, when drawing an area on a map using the polygon, circle, or line tool, our default color was to displayed it in a hard to see light grey. Now we default to an easy to see bright blue!
⬆️ Import Menu Moved to 'More Options'
Within the Admin Area the 'Import' option was located within different locations. We've standardized this everywhere now, so you'll always find 'Import' under the ⋮ More Options menu.
↕️🖱️ Floating Save Buttons In Admin Area
You 👏 don't 👏 have 👏 to 👏 scroll 👏 to 👏 the 👏 bottom 👏 any 👏 more 👏! When you built those extra long form templates then had to scroll to the bottom to save every time. No longer! We now float the save button alongside you the entire way.
Our product team went further, it'll stop you from leaving the page if there is still unsaved data. The floating button is disabled if no changes have been made, then it turns orange when there are changes to save. The success message to show you it did save now shows as a small 'toast' notification. This applies to all templates in the Admin Area (Situation, Forms, Status Boards, Task Boards, etc.)
🔤 Personnel Are Now Sorted Alphabetically
Within Admin Area > Collections > Personnel, you'll find all your Personnel sorted A-Z rather than the order they were added in. This makes it a lot easier to find your users to update them.
👻 Duplicate Tasks and Status Board Rows
From within any entry on a status board or a task, you can now press ⋮ More Options to Duplicate the row. This is a huge time saver from re-entering the same information again.
🔎 Search By Name On Assignment
Oh, this is a goodie. When you pop-open a relationship field (for example, assigning a task to a role), you can now search for either the role name or the name of the person currently in the role. This is far more logical and will help you to work without thinking.
