We have introduced a new way for users, who have lost their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) device, to deactivate their MFA security checks.
Users can now request MFA deactivation after successfully entering their username & password. This will trigger a 6 digit code to be sent by email to their registered address. Once they share this code with their administrator, their administrator can then disable their MFA for them. The administrator should verify the code has been communicated by the real person themselves, ideally in-person or by phone call.
Note: MFA is exclusive to D4H users who have upgraded their profile to a better way to sign in.
