📊 Checklist Progress Breakdowns
When you're checking how everyone is progressing through your checklists, it's important to be able to quickly see a breakdown of each status. This can be hard to get a summary of, without a simple visualization.We've added a new 'In Progress' colored section to your 'Task Board' progress bars. You can also now click the progress bar to expand it and see a breakdown of all phases that have tasks applied to them.
🚫 Not Applicable Task Status
One of the huge benefits of D4H, is the ability to pre-plan your checklists and tasks in advance. When you select an incident type, the checklists automatically import. Of course, there will be tasks in your lists which are 'Not Applicable' to the current situation which can complicate things for your users.
Now if you go into Admin Area > Templates > Task Boards, you can edit the of a task to add a new 'Task Status' with the Lifecycle of 'Not Applicable' (see docs). The "Not Applicable" status tasks are not counted against the total task percentage in the breakdown, and will be displayed as 'Struck Out' to the users. 📸 Improved Photo Display - You can upload photos into 'File Fields' on forms, which is a really useful function. Previously, photos would take up as much space as the form template allowed them expand into, sometimes taking over the screen. We've now limited photo display sizes in forms, you can still upload any size (and the original will still be in your audit), but we'll display them nicer to your users within forms.
🗺️ Better Map Search - It's important to be able to quickly find an incident location using address search. Previously we returned all addresses globally that matched your query. Now we only search the countries that are displayed within your current map view. For example, if you can see Sweden, Denmark and Norway on the map, we will only show search results from these countries. If you want to search globally, zoom all the way out before searching. We are seeing much more accurate results with this change.
🔝 A-Z Sorted Collections in Play Builder - In D4H, you can create 'Collections' of pre-planned data in the Admin Area. It is possible to add these collection items to your 'Plays' so they automatically import when you start a new incident with that pre-plan. Previously, when selecting collection items, they were sorted by created-date rather than being sorted alphabetically. Status Boards and Library Items are now sorted A-Z for ease, while Tasks and Roles remain sorted by their custom order.
🔎 Search Collection Items in Play Builder - Similar to the problem above, when building a Play in the Admin Area, it was not possible to search for a specific library document or status board row. We've now added search dialogs to the top of Status Boards, Library, Tasks, and Roles to make finding the item you want to import in the Play even quicker. This applies to Admin Area > Plays > Select Items.
